Came here for a convention! Room was clean. Staff very nice. Free breakfast was a bonus! Not just continental, I had an omelet made to order each morning!! Happy hour 2 free drinks! Great place to stay! Convention center across the street! Very convenient!

Positive: The location and shuttle service every 30 minutes to the airport. The front desk staff were courteous and professional. Breakfast was good with abundance of bacon and potatoes. I never liked embassy¿s coffee. It tastes and smells like instant coffee Negative: Furniture is old and stained. The front door doesn¿t feel secure and old. Their beds were comfy. My kids and I got up 15 minutes late for breakfast. They didn¿t have mercy for sparing any leftovers for me and my starving kids. Very cold.

Positive: Location was excellent. Front desk staff were wonderful. They always said good morning, good evening or have a great day/night. The room was quiet and the layout was good. We didn¿t take advantage of the free breakfast but there were many empty plates. Negative: The male bartender was snippy during happy hour. He wasn¿t very helpful when I asked about types of drinks.

Positive: The location was perfect to be within 30 minutes of downtown and felt safe to walk at night. Also the breakfast was awesome! Loved the cocktail hour too! Enjoyed walking to the AMC and the nearby restaurants. Negative: They never cleaned my room. I thought they might do every other day but it wasn¿t the case. Had to request more towels but they were prompt about it. Pool was closed . I would recommend it because it was still a good/great experience
