Overall my experience with this hotel was good. Breakfast was great with plenty of food and options, and they even have a Starbucks inside as well. However the bedrooms with two beds are very small. I think there only meant to sleep one person in each bed. But overall a very nice hotel.

It was my first time at a Loews Hotel. The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms were updated, comfortable, and large. The bedding was the most comfortable. Nice facilities all around, friendly and professional staff.. I would definitely recommend staying here. Everything was exceptional

When flying out of Ohare Airport in Chicago. This is one of the most convenient ways to stay overnight and fly out in the morning. They have the option to stay before your trip or after your trip. Makes it very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The big shower was very nice. Also if you get a room on the west side. You can see all the planes landing and taking off. The location is also very easily accessible from the toll road 294. When visiting. Make time for the fashion outlet malls that are right behind the hotel. Very easy to walk to. I highly recommend this location.

It was my first time at a Loews Hotel and I was here for a conference. The hotel is very clean and modern. Nice facilities all around, friendly and professional staff. There are convenient and frequent shuttles to and from the airport. I also enjoyed looking at the art pieces scattered throughout the hotel. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The traditional rooms have small refrigerators, but they are prestocked with items for purchase and linked to your room's bill. If you are traveling with medication that needs to be chilled, you must call the front desk and have them bring you a small portable dorm fridge
The bathrooms have good air circulation with a sliding "barn style" door.

Hotel owned Shuttle service is provided from O'Hare. To get there from Midway, take the Orange Line to the loop and transfer to the Blue Line. Get off at Rosemont and the hotel will pick you up there.
