Long line outside. Went inside to order. Plenty of staff at this location. Garden fresco salad with grilled chicken came out fast and fresh. Great experience.

I need to honestly say that this location gets my order right about 1 out of 5 times. Just a minute ago I get all the way home to find out we have an entire burger missing from my order. This happens constantly. I'm tired of the cottage Grove rd location. I shouldn't have to drive to sauk to get good service.

Employees were nice but the burgers were substandard. The meat was overly salty and barely warm and the buns looked like someone sat on them. The only things that were good were the shakes. Won't ever be returning to this Culver's.

This location gets super busy, with long drive thru and counter lines, at dinner time. If you are in a rush, better to go in, wait seems shorter. Also, would like to think the food is fairly fresh when you order, but we were only going a short distance after picking it up, and when we sat down to eat, it wasn't as hot as we would expect it to be, and a couple things we actually cold.
