A Madison go-to no matter the time of year. Fast, friendly service with wide menu selection. Wide assortment of local and national beers. Never had to wait aside from UW-Madison sports events.

Very disappointing in several areas. I seriously don't understand how they got their reputation. Discussed the various drink options with the waiter, then he never brought the drink. Gritty Burger, which is very basic, was $13 and change. Cheese curds were average. I ordered an $11 tuna sandwich on Texas toast and it arrived on plain white bread. Overpriced and wrong. Bottom line, you can literally get a better, much cheaper meal @ Culver's.

Loveeee this place !! A little pricey but it's well worth it. No other place has topped Nitty Gritty's buffalo chicken mac and cheese. Definitely get the shakes if you're here
