Got lunch with my girlfriend and the food was ice cold. Not warm, but ice cold. Was told it would be fixed if i came in tomorrow. Lie. I called and they were extremely rude and did nothing to fix the issue. More or less called me a liar. Thumbs down

Yup! Gotta agree. Not sure how you would get ice cold food when they "cook fresh". Usually you can feel the heat through the bag. As far as rudeness goes, I can't account for that. Usually cheerful to overwhelmed teenagers, or 20 somethings. It terrible that they said they would fix it then bail.

I've never had an experience like that with any Culver's I've been to.

Doesn't sound like Culver's at all
