In as much as we enjoyed our Culver's food. The Culver's at 2102 W Beltline Hwy, Madison, WI will always be the most memorable Culver's we have ever visited. The amount, design, and care give to all the annual flowers planted around the building and outdoor patio was......absolutely........Phenomenally BEAUTIMOUS!! We own a wholesale greenhouse, supplying very highly visible annual installations, and can appreciate the attention to detail that has been by this Culver's. Truly a experience we will never forget. Thank You for the unselfish gift of brightening others day.

Very good as usual. Meals for everyone included fried shrimp basket, Cheddar-Havarti burger, and Swiss mushroom burger. Only the Cheddar-Havarti burger was slightly disappointing. Had a nice custard waffle cone special for at least that day.

Awful, just abysmal customer service and poorly made food. Ordered a flavor of the day waffle cone and it was supposed to be caramel chocolate and peanut butter cup but it was literally nothing but vanilla ice cream and a couple specks of chocolate flakes. Complete waste of time and money, how does a place supposedly famous for ice cream completely fail to make their signature food. It was pathetic.

Came in to dine in for lunch, which was not too bad. However when we ordered the ice cream sundae to go, She rung us up and took our payment without asking any details. She then made the sundae and handed it to us. When my husband said how come it’s so small, she got upset and raised her voice a bit. She gave us a 1 scoop ice cream sundae with fudge when we wanted the 2 scoop turtle sundae. She then said you want another one? My husband then said yes and specifically told her the 2 scoop turtle sundae. She made the turtle sundae with nuts which cost over $6.00 just so we can trash it in the trash can. She should have asked in the beginning as to which sundae we want and how many scoops. That would have save us the hassle of having to buy 2 sundaes and the wasted dollar just to trash it. Not only that for her to get upset at us because we questioned her. she neglected to ask us as to what want not assume.
