Food is always good. Service was a little slow, but very friendly and accommodating! One of the managers came over to assist with a dairy-allergy order. He went out of his way to ensure there was no cross contamination also. It looks like the employees actually enjoyed working together also. That always improves the atmosphere.

They get pretty busy at night and on weekends but even with a drive through line to the street the wait doesn't feel unreasonable. Food is always fresh and worth waiting for. Always nice to stop for some frozen custard or a concrete mixer on the way home.

Food is awesome! But when they screw up the order after waiting for 15 minutes in the queue? Then you have to wait for your order, get the wrong stuff? Park and head inside to order again and wait again? That part is not so good.

I visited this Culver’s during the week around 4:30, and the dinner crowd was already coming in. The drive-thru seemed to be the priority, but I walked in and ordered my food to go. The wait time was acceptable, the staff was plentiful and friendly, and the food was delicious.

Only differences I've noticed from drive-thru is that staff are wearing masks, don't give you a plastic number (you get a sticky note to put on your window instead), and they have a tiny plastic barrier over part of the drive-thru window.
