We stayed 6 nights at this location in a room with double queen beds; It was perfect for our family of 4. The room was clean and large size with a fridge and a large sleeper sofa. Housekeeping was amazing!! We really enjoyed breakfast every morning, they offer a great selection/ variety of food and drinks. As world of Hyatt members we have stayed at several Hyatt hotels and this location did not dissapoint. The pool is small but clean. We found fresh clean towels every time we decided to go for a swim. Our overall stay here was very comfortable. The hotel grounds are very clean as well. The kitchen staff was always friendly and accomodating. Also: free wifi! The parking lot is privately owned and got full on the weekend BUT the parking security always made sure to find us a spot. They are all very courteous. We will definitely be back!

Down here for an event around the corner. Room was reserved over the phone and went well. Everyone at the front desk was great and helpful. The room was clean and fresh. Tv set up seemed a little dated. Located near tons of great food options within walking distance. The swings across the street is a nice attraction to visit. The morning breakfast was great with fresh fruits, cereal, bacon, hashbrowns, coffee and tea, bagels & toast. Very filling and delicious. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

Wedding with friends. Walking distance to Fox Theater, Mission Inn and great restaurant choices. Breakfast was busy and crowded but worth it. Front desk staff Jeremy who seemed to be there every time I came and went was friendly professional and made our wedding party feel very welcome.

We stayed here for two nights for my father's funeral. They charge $22 a night for parking! I let the front desk know that there was no power for our outlets by the sink, they were not fixed while we were staying there. I also noticed that they don't vacuum under the sleeper sofa so it was disgusting! Not to the standards i expect from a Hyatt.

There's an Olive Garden down by the mall about 7 miles west/south down the 91 freeway, exit right in Tyler and it'll be on your left before Magnolia.
