A great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, conveniently close to grocery and a few restaurants, a couple of coffee shops within walking distance, and a personal plus for me is only a couple blocks from the person I'm in the area to visit. I've stayed here more than once and will come back again.

Best little motel find around. Price was reasonable compared to others close by, rooms were very clean, updated. Beds comfortable, bedding comparable to a 5 Star hotel. We will return next visit to Riverside. Close to restaurants and little downtown area.

Positive: Clean rooms, awesome staff! Negative: It was very quiet and private I enjoyed everything about this stay. Right by downtown food lab is around the corner walking distance .
