We love the care we get when bringing our furry family members to Hope. We appreciate the honesty and genuine effort that is always given during each visit. We've had issues with previous institutions not properly diagnosing health issues, but the doctors at Hope always listen and thoroughly investigate the malady. I trust all the doctors and staff that work there and my cats love them too!

Everyone is so good with my very challenging dogs. They are all rescues with very specific needs related to fear. All the staff are well trained to deal with them. Highly recommend.

Since I first wrote this review, I've added Beauregard and Bells to my pet family. Hope continues to take good care of each and every one of them. Now, they know I'm a crazy pet parent. I took my baby, Sir Doodle Bug, to be neutered here. They answered all of my questions and didn't treat me like a crazy pet parent when I called to check on him. Wonderful staff.

Hope Animal is the best. I recommend them all of the time. I really need to do a video of me carrying our old Basset Hound in and when they have worked their magic, he comes trotting out.

Questions & Answers

Riley did not recieve his kennel cough and bordetella so we are struggling to find a way to board him. Unless with you at Hope clinic- Is there a reason why he can't get these shots? He's 14 years old. - Wendi Stunzi

Good morning. After reviewing the medical notes from Riley's annual exam. It looks like after a discussion with you and our veterinarian, it was agreed upon and decided to discountinue his bordetella vaccine (kennel cough and bordetella are the same vaccine) and his DHPP vaccine because of his age and his lifestyle (i.e., he doesn't board or go anywhere away from the house, the only other dogs he is around is the other dog in the household). If this has changed and you are wanting to board him at a facility that requires these vaccines, you can choose to update them if you like or run a blood titer test (DHPP only), that if the results show coverage, SOME facilities are willing to accept that as proof of vaccination. You are welcome to call the clinic to discuss further or schedule an appointment.

Does this place offer flexible payment plans in order to pay off vet bills?

They accept Care Credit, which is a good financing option.
