When booked, webpage stated breakfast included but after booking and about to check in I asked what times breakfast was and was told not offering it anymore but wasn't going to say anything until after I checked in? Plus demanded I put a $100 charge (not hold) on a credit card then after I checked out (so I would be long gone by then) would decide if there would be a charge for something broken / missing from my room and would take up to 7 days to happen??? Nothing was stated before hand of this as well. I will NEVER stay at a Days Inn and will consider this as well for ANY Wyndham hotel choice during any of my travels. I also take my time out as well to post my experiences so others have that in their tool belt during their travels as not to experience what I did. Good luck and safe travels. Breakfast is NOT offered no matter what the site states. Front end personal is NOT considering not value any guest, always concerning and a red flag on places you can not enter and have to deal through a teller window. Hum, what does that portray how they feel about the area and property???

As I’m reading these reviews my mouth was dropping. I believe I was in one of the rooms reviewed. My husband and I were there for a family gathering. It ended up being canceled do to COVID. We had to stay due to no refunds. I was miserable. The chairs in the room was filthy. There were eyelashes in the shower. The tub was stained and peeling. We had no chain on the door. All I can say is that we were very uncomfortable with no where else to go. I couldn’t wait to check out. I had family staying in another room. We found each other comparing the bad things about each room. The best part is I’m handicap, and they gave me a room on the second floor that was only buy Steps. They had one wheelchair and told me once I used it and made it to my room I would have to bring it back. I didn’t use it however if I had been alone how would I have made that work by bringing it back and then one crawling back to my room.

Prices are reasonable m. The rooms are spacious and include a fridge and microwave. It was quiet with adequate free parking. There is a Del Taco across the street and a Northgate Mexican Market just a half block up. Staff was super friendly and I appreciate that they have an elevator with their 3 story motel. Also they have a washer and a dryer on site and a vending machine with snacks for purchase. I would recommend this motel especially if you're on a budget.

Positive: The hotel staff was awesome . I stayed there for about 6 weeks. They have security guards are there 24/7 trying to keep people out if they don't have a room there which is good but they try to say you can't have guest in your room after 9p Negative: I always felt like bugs were crawling on me not much until last week I was getting bit all the time and really felt bugs were on me but I started seeing bugs in the room alot I didn't believe beg bugs were real until last week and the floor need cleaning
