I wish I would've read the reviews before staying at this hotel. Staying at Dynasty suites riverside was the worst experience I have ever had! So many wrong things went wrong from the beginning and their response for everything was SORRY I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. When I asked to talk to the manager, the lady told me he wasn't there and when I told them that I wasn't gonna leave u til talking ro him, he magically came out of nowhere. Even after talking to him was a total waste, since he was not HELPFUL AT ALL!!! On top of everything they don't serve breakfast even though the website clearly states that it does. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! They are a joke!

On Saturday March 12th I had the worst experience I have ever had. I was harassed by the Maintenance guy who went to look inside my car, for God knows what reason. Maybe steal from me? Not sure! The women at the front desk was so rude and said my service dog was not trained and was so unprofessional because she had not been there the night before to check us in and she saw my well trained dog come down stairs. I told her I would send her proof of my service animal since I have him for to personal reasons. She said she could buy a service dog patch online and that I was lying and all I kept saying was I will send you the proof, mind you my dog is house trained and if you went in the room you would have never guess he has been in there. The harassment from both the front desk lady and the maintenance guy was like nothing I have ever experience. I give them 0 stars, my dog stays at all the hotels even if dogs are not allowed because he is a service animal and I need him. Please don’t stay, I am from Moreno Valley, I was visiting family wish we stayed with Saturday and on. Only needed the room one night and it was the worst experience. I was treated horribly and will contact BBB. I paid $100 deposit that I’m not sure if I will get back but if this place steals from me, I will make a bigger deal. I have never been harassed this much, it literally gave me so much anxiety and stress to be disrespected when I paid and didn’t damage anything.

Positive: Well appointed room with a comfortable bed. The room amenities included a refrigerator, good size tv,sofa, ironing board, hair dryer, and a adjustable mirror at the sink. Negative: Guests outside talking late at night.

The staff is very casual with problems. Placed the sign on the door for cleaning and left for 10 hours. Come back and nothing is done, and beyond that I will still have to wait if I still want the service.
