Went for dinner and lunch on a few different occasions. I’m not sure whether they were short staffed or what but it took a while to get everything we ordered. It wasn’t our waiters fault, I could see him hustling and running around. We ordered a few mixed drinks and our waiter had to stand at the bar and wait a few different times to even get our drinks made. We ordered what we wanted all at once but requested it come out at different times so we have time to eat. Our steaks came out WELL before our appetizer, and I mean we were almost done with our entree and then the app came out. I went almost the entire time without my drinks from the bar, when I did get them I finished them kind of quick 😅. Our waiter was kind enough to comp the drinks considering the wait for them. The quality of the drinks and food were terrific but the timing of it was not there at all. We went again for lunch a few weeks later and had the same great waiter! The lunch menu is a bit small but nevertheless the food was great and so was the service.

The one thing I did like about this place there was a great guy name Nick was on top of things other than tht it was ok steak was on the chewy side tough meat but the shrimp was good, bake potatoe bread is always good but it was the experience with great hospitality was the only reason I stayed. I may give them one more try see maybe It was a off day for the cook

Location 8405 Ikea Blvd Charlotte NC 5/15 @20:04 according to receipt. My family and I were visiting Charlotte and stopped at the restaurant before heading home two and a half hours away. The food and the server Julia s. gave good service , however my daughters both went to the women's restroom and came back complaining the bathroom was disgusting and if I have planned to use it don't (this was 20 minutes before I decided to contact the manager and let him know). I spoke to the manager on duty and he told me the restaurant was slammed that day but the bathrooms have been checked every 15 minutes (which was not true) and that staff had just been in the bathroom to clean it (not true). Based upon what he said I expected to find a clean bathroom but was shocked by what I saw, it was disgusting, I was not happy that he was not being truthful I took pictures- there was toilet paper everywhere except on the roll, dirt hair garbage on toilet seat, no napkins , broken soap dispenser, and filthy floors. As I was walking outside the restaurant I took another photo of the overflowing trash can directly in front of the restaurant entrance. I will never return to that restaurant and probably the health department needs to take a visit there as well, very disgusting and not acceptable there are no excuses.

I had a much better experience this time overall then the last time I was at outback. The one bad thing was that I did not get the Caesar salad that came with my meal. I didn't realize it until after I had gotten home. The manager seem nonchalant about it and just told me to stop by the next day to pick it up. I didn't get a chance to go because it's kind of out of my way. I think the proper thing to do would have been to credit my card or have some sort of system to where you can properly make things right with the customer. He stated there was none. Otherwise drinks were good my server was the best. We were very large party and he was the only one working with us and often kept forgetting things but he had the sweetest attitude. Food tasted fresher and better than the last time I was here.
