12/10 Exceptional! This place was awesome! The service was absolutely awesome! The food...oh..emm..geee!!! So DELICIOUS!! My mouth is watering just thinking about it 😋 Our server was so amazing! The gonchos were super friendly and did not mind one bit to run back an get whatever meat or shrimpies you wanted. They even ask if theres anything you wanted specially for you. Hands down the best service we had when in Charlotte. I can not wait to travel back to Charlotte just to eat at Chimas again! Thank you all so much for treating my family and I so greatly and feeding us so well!

It was my first time eating there for my birthday with my family, I really enjoyed it, the salad bar was full of good things, the servers were doing the round table for the meat and other food, I ate all kind of tasty meat but my favorites were the shrimps and chicken. I will definitely go back.

Nice buffet (sanitize at counter while using tongs). They bring meats right to your table. As much as you can eat. Fillet, Ribeye. Lamb, Sirloin, shrimp, etc. The wait staff here is down right amazing. Helpful, courteous, and they explain everything. Decent new experience.

Really great atmosphere and decor. Went on a Friday night at 730, had a reservation but still waiting 30 minutes to be sat. I would recommend getting an extra plate and trying everything once the Gauchos, the meat carvers, come by and have it on your plate to try at your leisure. Our server was good and attentive. We did go to celebrate a birthday and got the cheesecake that's pictured. For price point, the main entrees for the 2 of us were $118. Overall I would come again.
