The takeaway team at this outback has been phenomenal. In the past it has been mediocre, but it seems like there has been a change! I love eating at this location now. I know after a long day at work, getting takeout from this restaurant will make my night even better. I always speak to this young man when I call, and he’s so nice and proper. He needs recognition. Tye is his name I believe.. keep up the great work!!! The rest of the team is awesome too! Highly recommended

This location deserves a 5-star rating for their customer service. I was delivered the incorrect order due to someone having the same name as mine. An easy mix up and totally understandable on a busy Saturday night. When I called to ask for my actual order to be delivered- the manager offered a full refund and a free desert. I just wanted my original order since I paid for 3 steaks (which is not cheap). I did not expect to be given a full refund or a free desert but this guy hooked us up. I am very impressed with how they handled the situation and think they deserve to get credit for it. Not every restaurant would have handled it this way. So thanks and keep up the great customer service!

This location was ok. I’m use to going to outback and getting wonderful service and food. I have visited this location twice and it’s not horrible, however the quality may change time to time. If you are use to a certain meal often you may have to ask for it to be hotter or fixed. Same for drinks at the bar. I had a drink and I told the bartender it was not made correct nor the correct color. She said something to her coworker and they laughed so I just said don’t worry about it. When the other bartender came in I asked him to make it for me and it was correct. The other bartender came and asked did he make it better and I said yes. She stated that she took the lazy way whatever that means. I say that to say don’t be afraid to tell them when something isn’t right especially if you’re a regular, spending your money and know what you came to order. Overall my visit wasn’t bad and the manager was very nice and fixed my order with no problem!

The drinks were pretty good and the servers were nice… but that’s all that was good about this location. We ordered a bloomin’ onion, which was served to us with raw batter and flour all over it, while some of it was burnt. My husband ordered a prime rib cooked medium and received an almost well done version that was dried out and not the style that he ordered, along with the incorrect side dishes. My steak was completely burnt on the outside and my creamed spinach wasn’t even warm when I got it. The manager was nice enough to remove our entrees from the bill.
