We absolutely love BLT. Chad and his staff are warm and accommodating. We recently celebrated my 55th birthday and the service was over the top. The food was spectacular. The only thing better was our server Eric. He paid special attention to every detail and made us feel at home. I go to Steak places all over the US and BLT Charlotte has become a favorite. The staff at the Ritz are also remarkable.

This place is Amazing! And our waitress Mary was awesome! Super friendly, and her service was spot on. We got to meet Matthew (Executive Chef) and decided to go with his recommendations on the menu. And we were so glad we did! The food was spectacular! This will definitely continue to be one of our go to spots on date night! Everyone, check out BLT Steak...you won't be disappointed!

We were in mood for steak and what better place than BLT. Made a last minute reservation at this spot , they were very accommodating on a Saturday night. It was just 2 of us , but they were able to squeeze us in at our desired time. Got there , we were seated right away. Our waitress was super nice and recommended few items. Everything came out on a timely manner , food was great . Steaks were cooked to perfection. They even validated our parking , which we parked on Ritz Carlton side. Ambiance- 10/10 Service - 10/10 Parking - Valet Reservation- Needed

Let me start by saying I was treated here for my Birthday back in August. And it was everything!! So today I treated my sis for her birthday and it was amazing! Our waiter Katelyn was amazing and had she not said she was new we would have never known!! The Strawberry lemon drop...order 2!!!! My first visit someone ordered mushrooms and I don't eat mushrooms but they were delicious!!! Both times from the moment I walked in to we left was perfect! Can't wait for another reason to visit!
