Kelly gave us exceptional service. Two of us modified the chicken pasta with goat cheese, and one also substituted steak for the chicken. The sirloin was perfectly cooked, as was the burger. Then she brought a BIRTHDAY order of Cheesecake and sang with us. My husband, myself, and both of our sons, had a wonderful time.

This review is for Firebirds restaurant which is located just inside the northlake Mall in North Carolina. We were quickly greeted by a mast hostess who status in a booth which is what we requested and given menus promptly. Although I don't know the name of our server she was absolutely fantastic polite and very professional took our drink water right away and then came back to explain the daily specials and asked us if there was anything that we needed and gave us a few minutes to look over the menus. I ordered nachos with lobster queso and spinach came out very quickly and was absolutely hot fresh and delicious. I personally ordered a Caesar salad and requested extra croutons and paid additional for a piece of grilled sliced Chicken on top and we also ordered a cheeseburger with french fries. All made new items came out relatively quickly as ordered fresh delicious on clean plates everything was perfect our waitress I wish I knew her name because she checked on us often but not enough to be intrusive absolutely of the light. Only slight downside to any of this and not really a reflection on Firebirds is that the menu prices have definitely gone up for a Caesar salad two diet Cokes a cheeseburger french fries was approximately $58.

I went there for my birthday a couple of months ago. I loved the atmosphere and the food was great. I got my dessert to go as well. Everything was great I will definitely visit again.

So, I have to apologize for this review ahead of time my wife and I were so hungry we forgot to take pictures. 😅 But anyways, Firebirds no matter where continues to be a great place to eat. The prices are fair for what you get. Tonight we had exceptional service from Kailee (sorry if I spelled wrong). The food was great, although I was not a fan of the deviled eggs (which is picture), the smoky wings took me by surprise as I was not expecting them to be sauced nor did I expect them to be amazing, a hidden gem. Well, overall great food, great atmosphere, great service, great place!
