I was told it would cost $3.50 a gallon and I could return the car on empty if I wanted. They didn't indicate that if I returned it half full I'd still have to pay the price of a full tank. Very scummy sales practice, unsure how this is not considered theft. Would not recommend this location or Enterprise in general.

Rented a minivan for Fall Break from Enterprise and can’t describe how very impressed we were! The vehicle was a newer model with great technology features and looked great. No issues at all during the entire trip. The best part of the rental was the customer service provided by James at the Knoxville Downtown Location. He found the exact car we were needing, quoted a great rate and went above and beyond to make sure the transaction and rental went smoothly by even having someone come pick up my husband to get the car while I was out of town. I actually look forward to renting future vehicles from James at Enterprise and highly recommend Enterprise to others after this rental.

You can usually always do a one-way rental but sometimes there's additional charge for doing so
I use a visa debit card from my local bank. I can't speak on the insurance. I had basic liability and had to pay extra. I now have a little bit of comp/collision so on my trip this coming Tuesday I'll see if that works so i don't have to pay extra. I'll give an update next week about the insurance. Sorry i couldn't answer ur question completely
Yes they do , but they hold $150.00 from your account.
Drop off at the airport since you will be flying out. Sometimes you don't have to pay a Drop off fee. I personally do not like the Summer PL story several issues when I rented. Like the Parkside store the best.
Last time I rented, I went one way (out of state) to pick up a family vehicle. I paid a couple hundred dollars extra for not returning it to the original location. Paid more than if I had just brought it back here.
