Very happy with the staff and professionalism displayed when I first came in. I unfortunately had an accident and this was my first rental experience and they were very courteous and upfront about everything. Very happy! Also special thanks to John for giving me a ride to work after dropping it off, really really got some solid people working here.

I had a rental car for a week that was suppose to be paid for by Firestone. Enterprise charged Firestone for one day and the rest to my credit card. I have called the local store twice about asking them fix the mistake. They did refund me some of the money but about 100 dollars less than what should have been refunded. I have emailed the main corporate office itself last week, and still have not received any response back. Also when I went to pick up the car, I did not know if my insurance would cover the rental. The member who assisted me told me that they would have to add their insurance to the car rental but I could let them know if my insurance did cover it and they would refund the insurance charge. Once I arrived home, I contacted my insurance and found out they did cover a rental. I called Enterprise to let them know and they told me I had to bring the car back to the office and sign in person to update the rental agreement. I couldn’t make it back before they closed so the next day I had to leave work early to make it there before they closed at 12pm. I let them know what I was there for and the guy typed a couple of things into the computer and told me I was good to go. There was nothing signed or printed so I felt like making me come back in for 20 seconds of typing on the computer was a waste of my time and money since I had to leave work. No one even asked for my ID so I really could have sent anyone up there and saved myself some time. Also there was no refund for that.

Worst experience ever. Returned vehicle and had inspection. Man goes straight to a spot on the front of the car and said damage there. We were not responsible for the damage and how did he know to go straight to the spot and push. Was given many different stories and "I'll get right back with you" from Harrison at the Farragut branch and many different contradicting stories. Asked for manager name and number, Harrison stated he doesn't give it out. What company does that? He told me if there was no "inner damage" which you can tell from our pics there isn't there would be no charge. That has been over a month with no resolution but they have our $500.00. Before we rented they called me the day before saying they couldn't honor my discount. I stated you can't call me the day before because you don't like my deal. I think they did this to make up for it. When speaking to complaint department FROM their company she said it happens a lot, a vehicle has damage and they never get it fixed but charge over and over for it. Extremely disappointed is an understatement.

Very disappointed. I had a rental through State Farm while my vehicle underwent repairs. 10 days before I was to drop my vehicle off I arranged to have the rental at the body shop at 7:30 am. I called to confirm the day before and they said they could not be there until 7:45 am because they open at 7:30 am. I said this was fine. The body shop was approximately a 5-10 minute drive. What wasn’t fine is they did not show up until 8:15 am. No apology, nothing. Maybe it was because the Kingston Pike branch that I had been dealing with did not come and sent someone from the Parkside Dr. branch. The vehicle was less than adequate. A part was hanging from below the car and the A/C took about 10 minutes to kick in when started. I have rented several vehicles in the past from Enterprise for different reasons and have always been pleased. However, this experience will make me think before my next rental.
