I am switching services and called RAM to cancel. To my surprise they are charging customers $50 cancellation fee, neighbors of mine were told pickup fee, then another was fuel fee. I told this is their cost of doing business not the customer. My bill per the representative I talked to for September ONLY is 33.11. The representative said totaled owed is 83.11. I let the representative know I would mail a check for $33.11. She was very curt and short. Representative said this was in my contract I told her I never signed a contract with RAM the rep was silent. RAM has no price list or contract documents. The service was not good missed pickups the excuse was always pandemic however other trash services were out picking up trash. I will not recommend this company.

Literally the worst trash company ever! Awful trash service and awful customer service. Sadly on trash day they don’t even pick up all of our trash

Trash is right. That's exactly what this company is. They are disorganized. They lie to their customers. After dropping off my bins they missed weeks of picking up my trash and recycling. Even after they had successfully picked up my trash the very next week they, again, didn't pick up the trash and when I called to complain they said they didn't know where my driveway was. They also picked up my recycling once in two months so one time out of four. They still tried to charge me after all of that. This is the worst company and they aren't even the best value or the lowest price.

Update March 18, 2022 Wes is the new supervisor in Greeley. He moved the dumpster away from the fence. Thank you Wes! April 2021 Ram Waste provides my neighbor with a dumpster in the alley. Ram Waste has continuously backed the dumpster into my chain link fence. Now the chain link fence is down. I have called them many times about this matter, talked to the driver, taken pictures, asking them to simply put the dumpster in a different area. No one cares.
