Yes! I never function as a Transaction Broker. I only work with my clients as their advocate - I can't imagine hiring a Real Estate Broker who doesn't have their client's best interest at the forefront of their mind. Yes - as I began my career in Real Estate I worked directly for a new home builder in Denver. Over the course of two years I became the regional sales manager and helped buyers navigate the often confusing processes associated with building a home (compounded by our ability to customize each floorplan to the purchaser), obtain construction financing, etc. I am extremely confident negotiating the best deal for my clients when working with a builder as I have extensive experience with the inner workings of a builder's financial operations.
