Lots of fun to get a tour from historically dressed docents who really know the information about the house and tidbits from the local community π

The Avery house has some knowledgeable docents. We toured the Kitchen. We saw a cast iron stove that also served another purpose; cooking up the wash! We got music on our tour. There was a piano and an organ. And our docent put them to good use. It was a thought provoking tour with a deep look into the early 1900s. Everyone had questions. Our guide was full of insight from a passion for knowledge of Fort Collins History. I will be going back for the same tour to hope I can retain more infomation! Thank you Mrs. Rueter!!!

We didn't experience any events, we went looking but our devices didn't record anything. The tour was worth while even without ghosts.
No clue but the ladies are super nice just drop by Im sure they would provide any information for you.
I believe so, yes
In the over four decades that we have been managing the house, we have never had any indication of any haunting or other strange activity at the Avery House. Come and visit any Saturday or Sunday from 1-4 p.m. to learn the history of the house from our volunteer docents. A wonderful piece of Fort Collins history!
