Small mom n pop shop with limited stock and lacking employee knowledge. Went in to find a full-tower PC case and the salesman there kept pushing a mid-tower swearing it's a full. I'll take my business online like I should've done in the first place then waste my time here with someone who's going to argue falsehoods to get a sale.

The owner (John) really cares about his clients and will take the time to explain what the problem is and how he proposes to solve it. One of a very few computer repair stores left that actually will deal with all computers that come in!

My experience here is exactly what I love about the more personable PC stores. I walked in to get a graphics card installed and thoroughly enjoyed the commitment to detail and care placed on my PC. I felt very comfortable and never thought I was being talked down to about computer specs. 12/10 experience

Hi William, Thanks for your inquiry. Run PC does sell and service all types of PC hardware, but we primarily only build and offer new equipment. Unfortunately we do not pruchase used hardware. If you ever need a new build or any service we would be happy to help.
