There is a "FEE" to shop here....look at any receipt from any store. Not like things are too expensive as is or not enough taxes but you're actually going to fleece me out of my money just for the privilege of shopping here. No thanks!

Depends on the time, day, season, and if there are any events. Get to know the parking options. When it's busy, I often have better luck find spaces in the lots between Toys R Us and Lucky's Teahouse.
