I needed some testing done and felt very heard by the nurse and my provider. But the provider (doctor? PA? NP?) never introduced herself and wasn’t wearing a nametag, so I’m still not sure who I saw… 🧐

Questions & Answers

If I have a question about the statements in my record, who do I send an email to? I do not want to send it to the medical person that I saw during my appointment. It is a correction to what was written about my appointment.

I am from Iowa visiting our daughters the month of November. I seem to have come down with a good cold and if the need arises to see a Dr, I would like to find an OD. Wondering if there is one in your practice? Thank you

This place is more for women's health than colds.
