I decided to renew because everything about Evergreen Commons fits just what I need. I love the price and that everything I need is included in the rent. Evergreen really feels like a second home to me, and the apartment styles are super cozy. I have been staying at Evergreen since my sophomore year and I have enjoyed it ever since. I plan to continue to renew until I graduate!

This place is the gnarliest! Coming from a man who almost transferred out of LHU before this past fall, I arrived at evergreen last minute. It’s a great bang for your buck. I absolutely love getting a tan by the pool when it’s warm outside in my oakleys. The programs they have for residents are gnarly! I’d stay here until I’m 60 if that was socially acceptable, it’s that awesome

They have a camera at every angle on property, so basically every move is watched. Also shutout to the entire staff for being as hostile and rude towards tenants as possible

Hi, Allison! Great question! We include all utilities which are: property wide WiFi, basic cable in the living room, water, sewer, garbage, and electricity! For the electricity, we do put a cap on that which means we will only pay a max amount for each floor plan. If you and your roommates would go over that, you would be responsible to pay us the difference. The current caps are: $190 for the 4bed/2bath, $175 for the deluxe 2 bedroom, and $125 for the 2bed/1bath.

In our furnished units, you will have the following: Kitchen: table & chairs (2 or 4 depending on what floor plan), fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher Living Room: 2 leather love seats, coffee table, 2 end tables, entertainment center Laundry Area: washer & dryer Bedroom: full size xl bed frame and mattress, large closet, desk and chair, dresser, and nightstand
