Absolutely wonderful experience. During an incredibly stressful week of being out of our home for repairs and a sneaking up due date, this hotel was the best decision. The staff were fabulous. They were kind, customer focused, made me feel so welcome, and were very efficient. I had to extend another night and they did so smoothly. The front desk folks were entertaining and professional, and made the stay feel like family. The rooms and facilities were spotless. The breakfast was really good. Working in the lobby went smooth all week. Complimentary coffee all day was a nice perk. We had an issue with the first room and some noise and they moved us without an issue to another one. The pool was heated and very clean. Would highly recommend and will stay again.

My fiancée and I had a 3 night stay here, and it was fantastic. Modern aesthetic, very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed and had great experiences with all of their staff. Not to mention their location is right next to a large variety of restaurants which makes finding something to eat a breeze. Highly recommend!

I would like to give feedback on the two staff members as well as the hotel overall. This is our first time staying at this hotel and it is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at both inside and out. Our checkin was quick and smooth, the breakfast was incredible compared to even more expensive hotels we have stayed at in the past. We encounter two employees named Nicole and Marion this morning and they are two of the nicest and most helpful employees I have encountered at any hotel stay. Nicole was very helpful with providing the things we needed for our room for the morning, she was very polite and bubbly, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Marion was working in the dining area and my youngest daughter approached her to ask a question and she was amazing. My daughter has a minor speech problem and Marion was patient with listening to her and answering her question without seeming like she was annoyed or bother. My other daughter approached her and started talking to her and Marion was very patient and king to both of them. Good people are hard to find these days and good employees are even harder to find but they are two of the best of both from my first impression on both of them. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area and this will definitely be the only hotel we stay at when we visit going forward.

Positive: So clean and roomy. It was much larger than I expected. I will definitely stay here again. Parking is easy and the Brier Creek area is very nice. It was so comfortable that I wanted to stay another night. Negative: There was no soap in the room. That was just an oversight with the housekeeping that was easily fixed.
