Very friendly and helpful staff. Appreciated the water bottles at check-in. Really comfortable room. You know how some rooms can get too cold or the bed is too close to the A/C? Not the case here. It cooled effectively and I stayed comfortable all night and also warmed up when I wanted it to be warmer during the day. I had a top notch experience here.

Wonderful atmosphere. Clean establishment. Friendly and helpful front desk. Every night I had to get a new key made, that's why they only got 4 stars. Those excessive and unnecessary trips to the front desk after a long day.

Just wished some one would have came to us at breakfast area and ask us if we needed help.We sat there 45 minutes or so and never got any help.We left and had breakfast some where else.Need clarity on whether you order or they come take your order.But hotel is nice.

Positive: It was my daughter's 12th birthday and I brought 5 girls to have a pool party but the pool was closed. Then I could not turn on the TV and it took them an hour to come with a new remote. Lastly, the toilet would not flush and they never came to fix it.
