Great location Great breakfast Great beds Clean rooms Nice hot shower. We came here to party on Glenwood street downtown for my wife birthday and we loved it check in was easy and fast and we really are coming back to stay here thank you for such great hotels. The elevators smell so dam good lol

Staff was kind when checked in esp because she couldn’t use their systems due to tech issues. Room was on 4th floor it was clean spacious and updated it seemed as well. Convenient to much in the area too.

This was by far the absolute worst stay at a hotel that I have ever had!! I booked here because it was close to my business classes. My reservation was for a week and it was okay at first… until I had to deal with a barking dog ALLLL night non stop and morning too!!! The front desk staff was friendly but did absolutely nothing about the dog barking non stop!!! Ugh then having to be up at 6:00am each morning for work business!! Housekeeping had dirty linens everywhere in the halls along with trash for hrs. Maintenance had stacks on equipment in the halls and the elevators were dirty. It was just awful and I do not recommend anyone to stay at this location!! Had management taken care of this issues then it would have been a better stay!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!! RUN!!

There were several things that stacked up that make me give this hotel as low a review as possible. When we got to our suite, the key cards didn’t work so we had to go back down and have them re-scanned. When we were able to enter the room we immediately noticed a foul smell. After we did some investigating, we found a large bag of days-old takeout food that had been left under the sink in the kitchen along with several other items of garbage. The front desk staff immediately came up and cleaned and sprayed and were super apologetic about it which I appreciate. Our room was on the 4th floor and the windows were left open. And the morning after we got there, we quickly realized there was no shower curtain. We checked out two weeks ago and I was told a manager would call me back. I’ve called back to the hotel and I still have not had anyone reach out to me. Despite the gorgeous room our stay was severely affected by the smell, cleanliness, not being able to shower and lack of communication from management despite all of my requests.
