Overall I wasn't very satisfied with this hotel. The rooms are very small and dimly lit. The TVs reset their volume whenever you turn them on so they start blasting this loud music. My shower door wouldn't close all the way so it kept getting water all over the bathroom floor. They do not even serve a continental breakfast. The hotel is in a good location right across the street from a nice mall. However, they don't even have a sidewalk leading from the hotel to the road, so I had to walk in the dirt 🙄.

The stay was everything you could ask for. The room was spacious and clean. The property had lots of places inside and out to just sit and relaxe. But what i was most expressed with was the gentleman that greeted me at the front desk. His name was Boone. He was extremely pleasant with a big smile. He checked me in and called back down to order lunch as the restaurant was just opening and I couldn't get them by phone. I called the front desk and Boone took my order and walked it over to them. I would definitely reccomend and visit again. Plus you can walk right across the street to mall and great restaurants.

This was my first time staying here. We had a 3 day business conference. It is a newer or newly renovated property. Because our conference setting provided food and beverages, I didn't get to try their redtaurant but the bar is well stcked and the service is great. The rooms are fresh and eventhough I couldn't get the type of room I am accustomed to (the NY Rangers were staying there for their match with the Hurricanes!) I was happy with the room nonetheless. Nice large shower always beats a bath tub!

This Marriott qualified for 1 1/2 stars, or 2 if it was a Days Inn. Worst Marriott ever (and not cheap, either!). "Sorry, no housekeeping." Then, the mural in the room was duct-taped to the wall. Seriously! And the sheets did not fit the bed. They, along with the mattress pad, pulled off while I was just lying there. I had to make my own bed --- twice! So they moved me to another room. A downgrade from a king to a double. (How about an upgrade, instead?) In both rooms, the clock was on the wrong time. If that was the only problem, so what? But it was indicative of the poor housekeeping and poor training. Sorry, Marriott. Fix this hotel's problems or pull the flag. This is an embarrassment.
