Atrocious place. The hotel has signs of non-smoking everywhere but the hotel is raking of smoke smell. The reception, elevator and the room were all dirty. Our room was so heavily perfumed (to mask whatever bad smell was in there) and it became difficult to breathe. There were cigarette butts in our room and everywhere outside in the parking. I couldn’t stay there and had to cancel my booking (lost one day of booking payment) and moved to a hotel next door (Hilton garden in) which was so much nicer. Would not recommend anyone to stay there. I wonder if they will pass health rating (if there is such a thing for hotels).

Free Breakfast is nothing to speak of. No meat. If you like toast or maybe a bagel if you get there 5 minutes after breakfast starts. Used to be better. One of the elevators doesnt work. Water dripping from ceiling into a light fixture off the lobby. I know they are making more money than what it appears. Not sure we will stay again.

Service(front desk) was decent. However the hotel foyer, hallways and elevator were hot and stuffy and it seemed that there is no ventilation throughout the hotel. However, the air in my room did work but it never kept the room at a consistent temperature. Speaking of the room, it had a lingering smell and I couldn't wait to check out the next morning. My family and I had to stay due to an electrical fire at our home and got there late that night. However, I would not choose to go again if given a choice. The good things were that we were able to get an available room at sort notice, they have a bit of an express breakfast and they allow pets.

This hotel was nothing like it portrayed online. My best friend and I were looking forward to a weekend getaway for her birthday but were extremely disappointed in the quality of the experience and wouldn’t have stayed if we could’ve gotten our money back. The first thing we noticed when we walked in is how dirty the place is. The hallways were full of leaves and dirt, and our room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in God knows how long and the countertops were sticky. I had to ask the front desk for some wipes to clean the surfaces of my room, and they didn’t even acknowledge my complaint. Not to mention, our entire floor smelled like a hot box due to our neighbors who enjoyed smoking weed the entirety of our weekend stay. The continental breakfast that the hotel boasted online was EXTREMELY lacking, and we didn’t even get the chance to be disappointed the first morning, as they were already cleaning up the food a hour before the front desk told us breakfast ended. This hotel is NOT worth the money and you would probably be better off staying at a $50 motel, as it would be the same experience (if not better!) for half the price.
