Renovated & Chic In town for family function, we needed a place comfortable and clean to stay. This spot did the trick. The moment you walk through the doors you get the impression that it’s been recently renovated. Every area in this hotel appeared to have serious thought and I appreciated that beautiful design. But there are some things to consider. For starters, there is no housekeeping. I tend to clean my room once I’m there anyway because I like to reduce the exposure to Covid. But not having the option makes staying in a hotel fruitless. Especially since the prices are the same as they would be with room cleaning. For instance we had to get our own linen. Also a storm came through and because they have DIRECTV we were not able to watch television for a couple of hours. Didn’t mind too much as like most, I could limit my hours watching television anyway. All in all I enjoyed this clean hotel. And the customer service was top notch.

Embassy Suites is indeed the best place to stay. The accommodations are great; the food is amazing to say the least. The staff are very professional and accommodating. Geographically it's a perfect place for shopping, and dinning. The room rates are very reasonable considering what you receive. My wife and I felt safe and very comfortable staying at this Hotel. Please, please, please give it a try. Thanks Embassy Suites for making our 46-wedding anniversary a memorable occasion.

The hotel is really nice - my room on the 8th floor was newly renovated, and decorated very nicely. Lots of space. I would have absolutely given 5 stars if it weren't for two things. First, the water pressure in the shower was so disappointing - barely a dribble, whereas most hotels have great water pressure in the shower. The second thing was, not having the ability to change the room temperature. I would guess that it was 72 or 73 degrees in the room, but I like to sleep with the temperature set at 67 or 68. The thermostat showed 60, but it was locked - no control over fan speed or temp setting. Otherwise, very nice facility - great indoor pool, nice gym, and very nice bar and restaurant area. The hotel is close to a nice town center (Brier Creek), with plenty of choices for restaurants and shops. It's also a ten minute drive from the rental car return at the airport.

The room was not up to my cleaning standards. There was hair left on the shower wall and on the bathroom floor. There were multiple strands of hair on the comforter, which made me feel uncomfortable. It was advertised that rooms are cleaned and disinfected, but this did not appear to be the case. There were food crumbs on the bedside tables (both) and dried pasta sauce on the phone cord. The toilet seat would not stay in place. The TV remote was also unclean and sticky. This is unacceptable. The hot tub and pool were fully operational during my stay, which I appreciated. The location is in a great spot, where all of the restaurants and stores are and I did not have any noice issues. This hotel has great potential, but cleanliness, especially in these times must be made a serious priority.
