Positive: Great Staff- helpful, friendly, polite always. Clean, housekeeping staff super nice and working hard to keep it clean. Breakfast was excellent. Again, Staff always on top of things. Manager was very friendly and approachable. Would definitely recommend. Negative: The mini fridge isn¿t screwed down so it moves when you open it and close it. Not sure the microwave worked because it wouldn¿t pop my popcorn and I tried two bags. Room 710. Internet was difficult to connect to and seemed intermittent.

Great location! The hotel is located directly across from the Crabtree Mall and not far from several other desired restaurants and shopping centers. Enjoyed their complimentary breakfast. Not only was the food warm and the sitting area clean, the ladies collecting the plates were approachable and friendly. I did not order an omelette but there's an omelette station accessible to the guests during breakfast from 6:30-9:30am.

I would not recommend this hotel. I chose this hotel because I had stayed at the embassy suites in Fayetteville, NC and it was beautiful. The front desk agents were so sweet and the stay felt great. However, this hotel was almost the complete opposite. I called and said I would check in late and they told me it was fine. When I arrived I had not received the room I booked, I booked a king and walked into two queens. It was me and my husband’s 7 year anniversary and we just wanted a nice staycation. The queen beds made it less romantic and the front desk agent didn’t do any informing of the change. When I mentioned it as well as the fact that she only gave me one complimentary pass her response was “I thought you only had one person on your reservation” did you even look? I wonder. When she got the manager he basically stared at the screen saying there was nothing that could be done. He then asked if I wanted to just leave which by this point it’s about 3am. In my opinion that was not a way to accommodate a situation when you are in fault. The next day things got better because the morning shift supervisor was a lot sweeter. However, it was very much an inconvenience having to move from one room to another. Also, once we moved there was a cockroach in our room! Absolutely disgusting. When I mentioned it when we were leaving I was told they do their best to spray. I didn’t feel accommodated in that situation as well. Overall I didn’t enjoy my experience at this hotel and will never book here again. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the lobby area of the hotel is decent.

I would definitely stay here again. If i could give the staff more than 5 stars i would. I mean not just a few staff, everyone i had encountered here was so welcoming and very very nice. Especially the lady at the breakfast buffet. She was very nice and attentive. My family stayed here for a week and it's our first time in North Carolina and this will definitely not our last. My kids enjoyed the breakfast the pool and the our overall stay was A+++
