Surprised I made it through the night. I guess I should have read the reviews on Google would have paid extra for a cleaner room. Air conditioning barely works and smells off. Bathroom is a gross. Floor of the tub is cracked and peeling. No hairdryer which hopefully they won't try to accuse us of taking. They charge a deposit of $150.00 and have a list price of what they will charge you if you take said items. Who would steal yellow stained towel?? Plus the "comforter/quilt" already had stains and cigarette burns in a non smoking room. So no if you have a better choice stay else where.

So, there are a few reasons why I will never stay at this hotel again. 1. While traveling to hotel from out-of-state, it took 10 calls within a 30 minute period before someone answered the phone. 2. The reason I called was because I was going to be about an hour late, and didn’t want them to charge me on the card I had on file, and I was told that I would pay when I got there. I get there and they already took the money out of my account. 3. Inside my room, the toilet barely flushed but ran constantly (like it made the refilling sound), the lever on faucet for the tub was stuck up, so you could only take showers, the curtains were broken, none of the outlets had coverings, there was only one sheet, one thin blanket, and two pillows for a king bed room (I don’t think that’s accurate for most king rooms), the freezer section of the mini fridge was broken causing everything in the fridge to freeze, two drastically different towels (different from the towel mat), and the room was very poorly lit with all the lights on. 4. Bed bugs. I specifically think my room was infested, because I found no evidence of an infestation, but I did see 2 bed bugs. The first one I thought was a tick, so I just flushed it. The second time I realized it was in fact a bed bug and hurried and packed my things and got out of there. 5. Reported the issue to the front desk, was told there is nothing she could do, so left my name and number with her to give to manager. Have yet to hear back. Will update when I do, if I do.

I’d give this hotel a zero if I could. We had room 213 and I’m putting the number so that people know not to accept the room if they see this review. THE DOOR DOES NOT CLOSE. When we informed the nice woman at the front desk she contacted her manager and he told her to pull the door up and out from the outside to get it to close properly. It did not work. BUT this means he knows of the problem already therefor it should be fixed or the room should not be able to be booked!!! We paid $112 for this! They also could not offer us another room as they were fully booked. There was also a pair of underwear in one of the drawers so the room wasn’t properly cleaned, along with a very dirty flower hair clip in the bedside table. The bathroom door also had splatters of something all over it. Gross. I’m writing this in hopes of getting a refund considering how awful our stay was.

Made reservations a week before stay, the day of reservation earlier in the day they ran my credit card WITHOUT my permission. I took the option to pay at the hotel. Then they cancel my reservation stating the reason was because my card was declined. All this happened before I was even in town. The best part was I didn't find out UNTIL CHECK IN. Now I'm stuck 300 miles from home with nowhere to stay. O yea, they didn't have any available rooms to offer me.
