Comfort Suites Near Camp Lejeune

This was the worst experience we’ve ever had at a Comfort suites hotel. The front desk girl jessie was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. To the point that she asked me to leave and would not sale me a room witch was fine after all that I asked for manger or owner and was not given any information on how or who to talk to so i went to the sleep inn across the road an told them what happen and they said that happens a lot because people leave there and come to them because of the choice members and they give me a discounted rate and a nice room . Then called the next day 10 times to talk to an owner or manger and they said they would call me back there in a meeting well over a week later the owner called after me calling everyday and never even asked me my side just told me I was wrong and there was noting he was going to do because he though she was right but if he would of looked at his video system he would know the truth but. ill never spend my money there or company money there. There is was a bad vibe about the hole time I was there from jessie fort desk and the owner on the phone. Just look at the Reviews its a lot of bad things here.

Possibly worst hotel ever. When we walked into the room there we're what looked like buttcrack marks on the bedspread. Tried to use the phone to call the office for a new bedspread, phone didn't work, front desk wouldn't bring me a new bedspread. Dirt under the bedspread on the bed. Toilet stopped up every time used, even when doing #1. Found a couple bugs in the room. Entire 3rd floor hallway smelled like weed, morning, noon, and night. Ice machine on 3rd floor was also broken. On a good note, the waffles at breakfast were good.

Would never stay here again! Had them change rooms because the bathroom counter still had makeup smeared on it from prior guest, on of the lights didn’t hav a shade, and one of the pull drawers was broken. Second room, there was eyeliner still on the frame of the mirror, couldn’t close the bathroom door without slamming it due to prior water damage, and there was food splatters on the wall above the desk. Clearly they need better cleaning staff.

If you're looking for great value, a sense of luxury, and a good bit of quiet then this is the place to book. My husband and I chose this hotel for getaways with our family more than others. Staff is punctual and professional. Located near many restaurants and shopping. I'd recommend to anyone.
