From being a student to being an instructor, I can say there has been a consistent level of professionalism, mentorship, and accountability. If you do NOT want to grow and mature in several areas, then this is NOT the place for you, because change is inevitable in this environment. If you want to learn and grow, you will do that and much more. You will also gain a huge family. Word is bond. You will learn the art of effective communication as well as stick-to-it-ness. I have absolutely no negative thoughts surrounding this establishment. The owner, Mr. Phaire, is a man of his word and truly cares about the people who come through the doors. He pushes you to greater and encourages individuality. I have grown tremendously from the time I entered the school up to now. Highly recommended!
