Avoid! Long story short: They chipped my paint and said it was unavoidable. Sorry but that’s just not true. Details: Brought my car here for a mini detail after parking under neighbor’s tree, leaving some fruit splats. It’s not hard to get off I just didn’t feel like doing it and I didn’t mind paying them $110 to get it nice. The guy said they would have to buff it and I said I don’t think so. He brought out the clay to “show me” that the stain wouldn’t come off the hood w the package I wanted to buy. But it wiped right off w the clay. He said: “oh it’s barely on there.” When I came back 90m later to get my car, there were three chips where the paint was lifted off and several places where the clear coat looks like it was damaged. He said the tree splatter had “eaten through.” That’s just not true. Now I have to spend time calling body shops to see if someone can match and touch up the paint. if not, I’ll have to repaint my car. Either way it’ll cost me. Avoid avoid avoid.

What a Fantastic Car Wash and Detail location. I needed the works done on my 2014 Lincoln MXK. Wash, Clay Bar, Wax, Carpet Cleaned, Mats, Leather restored. Plastic on front bumper trim. They did an amazing job. Very detail oriented! The glass is spotless! Headliner, like new! Took 1 1/2 hours as quoted ! And the car sparkles! And smells new! I recommend this location! Worth every penny. The customer care is perfect! This is why I keep coming back. If you care about your car. This is the place to come.

Use at your own risk, if they damage your car they will take no responsibility. I dropped off my car for a wash and when I returned 30 minutes later to pick it up there was an unmissable deep scratch in my driver's side back door. A manager, Vic, showed me the videos of my car entering the wash with zero damage but refused to take responsibility for the gash. He tried blaming my wife (who doesn't drive my car) and accused me of insurance fraud after I pointed to the video showing my car entering with zero damage, saying "I see what you're trying to do". He then claimed *mid way* through the wash that you could see a scratch (actually a reflection) and that therefore was proof they didn't do it. Problem is, the reflection was in the wrong place, moves and disappears from the door and scratches obviously don't. When I asked to see a full uninterrupted video of my car entering and exiting the car wash he started fumbling around and said "Greg" their accountant would call me next week. Accidents happen but I'm super disappointed by the lack of accountability and am offended he would accuse me of trying to take advantage of his car wash, which I've used many times before. I wish I had chosen a different car wash and will definitely never go back here. Search other reviews for scratch and damage and you'll see the lack of accountability isn't a fluke.

Good at washing and quick wax. Not so good at detailing? Took my Tundra and 17 foot travel trailer. Ask the coordinator to talk to their guys about redoing a few areas and was ask to talk to the workers myself? So I did! Workers were cool. I just told them the size of their gratuity would reflect their work. Not my job?
