Avoid this place even if it is your last resort. We had a 10 am reservation. When we arrived there was 1 customer in front of us. An hour later there are 7 other customers with 2 agents. Only 1 agent is working while the male agent (Claude W.) is sitting behind his computer doing nothing. After 2 hours he proceeds to lecture the customers about being understanding and that we should always have a back up plan in case we don't get a car. He told the people who had reservations and had been waiting for over 3 hours they were not actually confirmed and there was a possibility they wouldn't get a car. We told him to stop talking and just work. He called the police on us.

Bad experience. I took my son to pick up a rental car and he had an 8:00 appointment. We arrived there at 8:00 and there were six or seven people ahead and he was informed that they had no idea when he would get his rental car. Terrible customer service. How can you take a car reservation a week in advance and not know if you're going to have a car or not the day of. Nuts.

Excellent customer service by associate Claude W who was assisting me with rental through insurance. Car was there as promised, it is exactly the perfect fit for me. However, one teeny issue - it didn't come with steering wheel knob/spinner but it's OK, took a bit to getting used to. Fantastic job Hertz LE, fantastic job Claude :)

Worst car rental experience! No communication. I was there waiting a half hour before I realized I needed to put my name on a list because no one was in the building to tell me to. This was chaotic disorganized, and I will never use them again. I waited over an hour an half to be seen. I had Claude Weaver be dismissive of the situation they put me in. If they were having such troubles to get cars it would have been helpful to be notifying customers to be able to plan and adjust accordingly. I had had pull information out of them to be able to figure out what was going on.

No and you have to have at least $300 available on your credit card if you go that route.
I have rented through Costco Travel & Insurance and I have never been charged for second driver. Don't know if this holds for a 'cold/walk-in' rental.

Nope, you can drop it off and place the keys in the drop box if the location is closed or drop it at the airport they open 24hrs
He need a credit card. Also there is a $200 deposit.
No its not for leaving your car there however parking down the road is simple
Need to get this booked and customer service is not open. I will look for another car company.
