I hate this location. The parking lot is a small box only for 7 cars and they are always short- staffed— staff loves saying ‘no’ to customers. No one answers the phones… so BofA why invest in a bank that literally doesn’t serve the people? What a waste of time. I highly recommend not going to this location. In my opinion, the ATM are the only working processes here.

I have already been disappointed with B of A, my bank of over 25 year's when they got rid of the actual drive up tellers... They didn't add any more inside tellers so the lines are ALWAYS at least 20 to 30 minutes of your day wasted waiting in line. Although I am sensitive to the new changes because of the Pandemic... I am NOT happy about the fact that the majority of their locations, near me in downtown Phoenix have "temporarily" shut down.. I still have my 3 businesses to run... I will be pulling all of my accounts from Bank of America, which includes a personal checking and savings and 3 business accounts, along with our children's accounts and moving on to either Wells Fargo or Chase. Both in which I also have accounts. At least they have most of their branches open, with drive up tellers AND more than One inside bank teller working at all times. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new bank to do their research before using them. B of A... We had a good run.. Almost made a quarter of a century before you dropped the ball and left me with no choice but to take all my money, business and children's accounts elsewhere...

Theres only 1 teller for a branch that always has someone waiting in line. You think they would staff it adequately. Poor teller tries her best, but there's only so much she can do. All the while, bankers are hiding in their cubicles, you think they'd transfer the bankers to make room for some tellers at this bank.

I went into this location because I needed to withdraw 7k from this bank to put in my fiance's bank at Wells Fargo( to pay for our wedding ) They told me they didn't have enough cash to give me that amount. Jose the manager recommended and told the teller to recommend a cashier's check. I know that cashier's checks can be put on hold and I absolutely needed to have the funds available immediately. They didn't care They went ahead and issued me a cashier's check and wouldn't even waive the fifteen dollar fee. When I went to Wells Fargo to deposit the cashier's check the manager laughed and said what bank doesn't have that much cash to give their customers . I will be switching my accounts to Wells Fargo and dropping BofA after 16 years .✌️
