Zero stars would be more appropriate. Line out the door, 3 people behind the counter and only one working, then the manager pulls the teller away.

I don’t need to call this bank often by when I need to I don’t EVER get anyone to answer. Then I drive to the bank and wait!!! Such a irritation..

I work at Domino's Pizza. We do our banking through Bank of America. The bank closest to my store location is closed. This is the next closest location. I have requested a deposit key from them to make my deposits at this location. Over a month ago. Have not received any type of response from them about said deposit key. Try to call them. No one answers. It makes it extremely difficult to drop off deposits. When there is no deposit key. And you work during their open business hours.

1 Star is waaayyyy too generous. Sadly ZERO is not an option. This is a horrible bank in every way possible. Shorter hours during COVID. Long lines outside the bank (even during the summer). Rarely more than 2 tellers on duty at anytime. Then getting the 3rd degree over bringing my business deposits into the branch instead of using the night drop. Pathetic. Horrible customer service aside, this branch is an absolute joke, and apparently they can’t keep employees either. I only go here because it’s the bank my company uses and I have no other branches I can go to. As I write this review in front of the teller, a management-type woman is sitting between my teller and the next one, “observing” them and constantly yelling “Time-out, time-out, TIME-OUT!” I want to scream. But instead I’ll leave and only use the night drop from now on and get my change from my Chase bank branch.
