It's been almost a year since my last review and this location has not improved much. The staff are a little more polite. However, they are usually understaffed with long lines. Their drive thru is frequently closed as well. I would choose a different location if you have a choice.

I want to truly thank Eileen Lamas for her professionalism and courtesy in handling a very large wire transfer. After multiple very poor service issues with other branches and even corporate personnel at Wells, it was refreshing and delightful working with her. Wells needs more like her!!

I’ve never had a good customer service experience at this branch and yesterday was the last straw. I called to inquire about wiring money. I was simply told “We’re booked.” I then asked when the next available appointment was and was told “we’re booked really far out.” I THEN asked if she could tell me exactly how far out? Rather than checking and giving me an exact date or the option to make an appointment, she says “last time I checked we were booked until the end of the month.” Later in the day, walked into the branch on Glendale and 7th street and was helped right away. This branch has failed to meet any decent customer service levels too many times. There was the time they forgot to return my passport. I called them the next day asking if they had it….they did. Why didn’t anyone call to tell me? I immediately went down to pick it up and had to wait 30 minutes while they figured out what their proper protocol was to give it back to me. No apologies for the inconvenience. Do yourself a favor, avoid this branch like the plague.
