Won’t assign someone to the location so I can’t get inside the vault. The male on the phone play games so he doesn’t have to send a staff there to open the vault for me. They better not charge me for the past 3 years that I haven’t been able to access my Safebox.

Consistently randomly closed whenever I need in person banking. Just close permanently already, you're worse than useless.

Unable to even do banking verification for checks. New policy for privacy, but no concern for finding a way to handle it. Apparently if the branch manager is not on site the employees are not able to do anything. Why even bank with you guys then? Then to lie about someone not being there just to turn around say that she's in a meeting for however long. Definitely wouldn't trust my money with these guys.

The Bank of America Branch at 51 East Camelback in Phoenix has been used by me for years. They're helpful, pleasant, always post my deposits immediately and never a problem. I once had to meet with them regarding one of my kids college loans; they took care of the matter needed quickly and efficiently without any hassle. Their customer service is light years ahead of most Wells Fargo Branches. It sounds like the other reviews I just read were trying to make a political statement, I'm simply a customer, and a demanding one, and the first to complain when there's an actual problem. I've used other B of A branches in Phoenix, the only one that had poor customer service was the one in the shopping center at the Southwest corner of Bell Road and 7th Avenue, that one I won't use again, but all the others are great.
