I don't understand the low ratings, maybe it's rival hotels or motels or maybe I got lucky. But not only was I allowed to check in early with no fee, but the front office staff was fantastic and explained everything perfectly. Not to mention my room, for what I paid was nice and cool and in good condition as you can see by the pictures that I've attached to this review.

I was visiting the Phoenix area this past weekend for a music festival. I booked this hotel without looking at the reviews and I was not looking forward to my stay.To my delight all of the reviews did not reflect my experience. The service was amazing, the manager Tina was very helpful in finding me a room before check in time (3pm) My flight got in early that morning and I was at a local restaurant having lunch when I decided to call the hotel to see if my room was ready. There was a younger lady working there and she made sure to greet me as I came in and left the room. The room was a nice size with a kitchenette and a full size fridge. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. I would recommend this place if you are looking to stay a night at an affordable hotel in the area.

Positive: Absolutely nothing! Normally I try to find something good to say but I have nothing. Even shower knob was hard to turn off and on. It needs a lot maintenance. Negative: Unfortunately, the premises smelled like marijuana &skunk; especially the carpet in my room.The noise was very disturbing; felt like a college dorm.The furniture needs updating and the bed was uncomfortable. The rate was way too high for the disposition.

Positive: The coffee was good but this hotel does NOT include a breakfast nor a coffee machine in the room. I've stayed at other Extended stays and they include breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel. Negative: BE WARNED. This hotel requires a $200 security deposit and I was advised that they'll refund the security deposit in 1-5 days. Ridiculous, utterly. Especially considering the fact that while the room as a kitchen it didn't even include a fork.
