Had a great experience recently at the Bloomingdale's in King of Prussia. I have to be honest, I typically shop at Nordstrom since they're known for their great customer service and easy returns, but on this particular day I decided that I hadn't been to Bloomies in a while and wanted to check out what they had for the end of the season summer sale. Tons of great selections at incredible prices, but the best part was my experience with two sales associates, Jennifer Lam and Roy Pietrinferni, who are absolutely fantastic. When I asked Jennifer if Bloomingdale's would match a price like Nordstrom does, she promptly called her manager and was able to get it done. Then when a register glitch caused some problems with a gift card that I was trying to use, she called Roy for help and he quickly rectified the problem and was very apologetic. Suffice to say, I will be back. Both of these associates proved to me that Nordstrom isn't the only game in town when it comes to good customer service!

I know, I know, pandemic, etc. However… Haven’t been in Bloomingdale’s in maybe 5 years and she ain’t what she used to be! Yes the store was very clean and organized. But there was no one to help anywhere! I wasn’t dressed particularly fancy and I think the workers thought I wasn’t worthy. I actually came because I bought something online to pickup in store so I went to customer service desk to get it and to purchase the one other item I wanted. She told me she was busy picking an order (store was closing in 15 minutes-so the order she was preparing would have had to be for the next day) so she sent me to another register to pay. The store had maybe 5 shoppers in it at the time. Most things were available only in small and extra small. Very few items in larger sizes. No one to ask for help. I had a lot of money to drop and needed items for several occasions so I was recommended to go there. It really was a waste of my time. So disappointed that even Bloomingdale’s is going down hill. Snooty petooty is all I can say. I probably won’t be back for another 5 years unless I dress the part to get noticed and helped.

I had the best experience while shopping in the perfume department over the weekend. Danaya the Beauty Advisor there was not only knowledgeable, and friendly; but also patient as I weighed my options. She honored my desire to remain within a certain budget, listened to me, and gave really great recommendations. The experience left me very happy and satisfied that I chose to shop in Bloomingdale's. Thank you so much for the great service you provided and I will definitely be shopping there more often.

Thank you to Bloomies for providing my daughter with an awesome outfit for my nieces wedding and my daughters homecoming. We went in two Sundays ago and with the selection that you had were able to get the perfect outfit for my daughter who's a little self-conscious about her figure. Bloomingdale’s made one slight alteration to the top securing the area in the chest it was done on time and she had a fabulous time at both of her events this week thank you again for making a stressful project smooth and easy.
