Fire alarms in the middle is the night(1:30am) No cookware nor plates and not even an ice machine when it’s 114 degrees! As we checked in, I told the receptionist that we had specially asked for a room on the first floor. Her response was “you’ll get what we give you”. Nice attitude after a long day on the road. Oh, plus our room keys didn’t work the second day we stayed there.

I personally haven't had any issues with staff or residents , everyone has been pleasant. Maintenance has been on their A game when I need their help.Since, the time I've been here it's been a very pleasant stay, rooms were clean, laundry room is clean and outside landscape kept up weekly. Well besides dog owners NOT being responsible when it comes to picking up their dog poo and staff not letting you know about how to save money or specials. Except, one Vanessa. But, other than that I've been enjoying my stay. Oh and maybe continental breakfast might be helpful. Wink wink

Clean rooms, friendly staff make u feel welcome down to check out. I would always feel like I'm being kicked out at other hotel not here. I've even asked for extra time and they truly made me feel welcome and at ease. Highly recommend this hotel than a others.

I booked a non smoking room. They gave us a smoking room. We complained and got a different room which was full of ants on the floor and the bed. There were cockroaches too and the fridge was full of them. So we went back as it was impossible to sleep in the room. They told us they were fully booked and no other room was available. We were told the only option is a different hotel. The room # was 361. I definitely recommend to check for ants and roaches before making yourself comfortable. For us a rather disgusting experience
