Sean is the am desk clerk, maintenance, and street lawyer, as of all trades. It has been three days and he has not returned or delegated someone to repair the leaking sink. This has been the second case of water damage or water leaks. This is unacceptable service for any for-profit business that serves and provides guest services for long-term lodging. renters' health and safety should be considered a priority. Airborne and communicable diseases can be contracted and immune systems compromised. Liability policy and understanding by front-line employees is a vital asset for the business. This was noted when I first had the opportunity to speak with Sean and request information for a refund for a washing machine that's being leased and is placed in the guest laundry room. I was told that it was not the responsibility of Extended Stay Americas lease agreements for vending or monetarily operated amenities as well as the guest's safety while on Extended Stay Americas property.

Rooms have stains all over the floors tub wasn’t cleaned other people hair still in the tube. Made the mistake of flipping the mattress from being super uncomfortable. Stain on both sides. Add to the misery of staying here and they actually keep the deposit and charged more because we checked out early. Who wouldn’t?? Act like your doing me a favor by charging more then the rate it should be then add to it because what??? You can??? I work out of town and stay at long term hotels often. Extended stay never again..

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We showed up was told to "Check" the room we checked was smelly went to the front office then was told that room was under reconstruction. Was showed another room that smelled like cat pee went back to the office (because we didn't want to be charged the pet fee) the front desk manager was unpleasant throwing cards around said the housekeepers did clean it and suggested we check another room. The third room we were greeted with a cockroach strolling across the table trash on the floor the room had not been clean from my point of view disgusted we went back to the front office. When I mentioned the cockroach the manager was upset with me threw the cards we handed her in the trash and said her housekeepers do a good job. She didn't want to refund our $200.00 deposit fee. I'd rather sleep in my car then to sleep in a room with bugs. The front desk clerk was nice yet her manager was very unpleasant to deal with.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! When we arrived there was trash under the beds, the room smelled like a wet dog, employees that live on site were fighting outside our room because of the toxic work environment created by the manager, the whole building had to be evacuated for a gas leak, the water, which had oil in the plumbing, was shut off for an entire day without any notification and they overcharged for pet fees which we had to escalate to the corporate office in order to get refunded because the manager, Beth has no idea how to read the folio or manage the computer system. I am also a disabled veteran with severe back issues and my wife was in a wheelchair. They still placed us on the second floor so I had to carry the wheelchair up and down the stairs because there is no elevator. That resulted in me having to be carried out by EMTs because my back gave out and I couldn't walk. I spent two days in the hospital recovering. To top it all off they changed our rate for "leaving early" even though we stayed for 3 months past our original reservation of two weeks. They couldn't take our deposit for the room because we left it spotless and in far better condition than when we got there so they changed the rate and stole our deposit for that instead. The district manager has refused to refund our deposit.

Why is it a better choice?

It's not a better choice. I found a huge bug in my room with long yellow/goldfish hairs. They said they called a bug man and sprayed my room while i was gone. I have a huge dog, that bit was a lie. Elisa kept telling me they did, after lying she finally asked me for my room number Lol! They also locked me out of my room 3 times in 10 days and did not clean or come to clean. Bad service and mean staff. Stay away from the new lady, she keeps saying the manager is disappeared. I called customer service on them, might press charges because I got bit by the mysterious bug. They continue to say I lied about the bug and allegedly so did the bug man. I have 9 pictures of the bug in different parts of the room showing all their rooms belongings like when it was on the ironing board and in the kitchen on top of my bread. The bug was so big when I stomped on it 3 times it didn't die, I didn't stomp too hard but it should have died! Instead it started squealing! What bug squeals?? Had to flush.
