Why would anyone stay here paying up to 500 a week which is almost twice in some cases 3 times the amount of a regular apartment complex.

If I could rate negative stars, I would! DO NOT STAY HERE. They nickel and dime you for every single thing. The internet reception is horrible. The managers act like they're nice but they're really not. One of them threatened to give me an eviction because I asked for more time moving out. Another manager decided it was suddenly his place to comment on my life and say I was coming up with stories not to pay rent on time. For context, I'm an independent contractor whose job depends on social events and during the height of COVID, there was a lack of those. Not to mention, someone got shot right outside my door when my wife and I were home and they didn't do anything about it afterwards. There's a female security guard who has a major attitude problem and will try to fine you over every single thing, even when it's not your fault. All in all, a terrible experience. So glad to finally be out of there,

This place is gross. They flip rooms for more money in there pocket, they just need to fill a room to get there bonuses. Moved out due to bugs/ bed bugs/ rats. Very expensive to live in a dump. Luckily I was staying there with a friend to feel it out. Management is pretty good, gals behind the desk are overworked as you can tell, there all pretty nice minus older gentlemen working there. Only reason giving 2 stars is because SOME of the management is helpful at times when there “around “ and maintenance is pretty good as coming to your room at a timely matter, as far as the patrol there, the short little penguin looking lady thinks she owns the place and must hate her life outside of work, security is always around it seems, the short guy is helpful at times and laid back and the ignorant MMA looking guy at night ( who I didn’t mind seeing ) was nice seeing on the property late at night / early morning dealing with the crack heads who seemed to want to come on property. Make it a temporary move if your going to do it. Ohh and if you want a cat , there’s around 100 all over property. Happy looking !
