Delivery is late and no one will answer the phone. Update: Upon driving to the physical location my issue has been resolved. I had to pick it up as there was a delivery mistake which stinks because I paid extra for the delivery. Store staff was extremely kind which is why I gave another star. Business management seems to be at fault here not necessarily the workers. Seems like workers may be over loaded.

Had issues with delivery , ended up having to pick up myself . But then they sent another one by delivery again , ended up with two times what I paid for . Seem to be understaffed , i suppose if u order from this location your best bet is to pick up , don’t bother with the hassle of going through delivery

Edit: Do you see the store's reply below? It's been almost a week since I sent then an email as they requested and I've heard nothing. Do yourself a favor and skip this store completely. I should have looked at the reviews before I relied on this store. I placed a very simple and small order of two items... no customization or creativity required. They screwed up half of it. Then they sent me an email asking for a tip 🤣🤣🤣🤣. I left a message asking for the manager to call me. We'll see.

Ordered and paid for parent's birthday arrangement, with the promise it would arrive on time. It never arrived, ever. We were never contacted and told of a delay, or that the item was simply never delivered. After sending multiple emails about the whereabouts of the arrangement, they refunded the money back to our card (without message or apology 10 days later). Our parent never received the special gift or created card from us. Very disappointed that they have no ownership or apologies about the situation.
