We always have a wholesome experience when coming to this firehouse subs! Great food, happy, friendly employees, and a clean and comfortable place to eat both inside and out! The owner has greeted us multiple times and has even chatted about motorcycles when had a few moments to spare. We love what the company stands for and will continue to support this restaurant going forward.

This is the greatest restaurant in Surprise! The sandwiches are all made with care, the staff is friendly and efficient. And the owner... my God what an amazing human being. He does so much for the community and mentors the young kids he has working for him. I dont live in Surprise but when I am there I always stop in, grab a sammy and enjoy the cleanliness and attention to detail that the owner and all his staff adhere to. Places like this are few and far between, and deserve every bit of a 5 star. Well done Ed. Thank you for caring so much about your staff, your food, and your community!

This has gotta be the best Firehouse I've ever been to. First off, the sandwiches were incredible and the atmosphere in the restaurant itself is awesome. I got to speaking with the manger or the owner of the store about whether or not they would bring back the hot sauces they used to have sitting out in the open to try. He wasn't sure if they'll ever end up bringing it back but he asked which one I used to like. A few minutes later he brought out a bottle of the hot sauce and gave it to me to take home!!! Such a great team that works there. We'll be back.

Just visited for the first time with my boys after we finished some work on the truck. They already knew of this place and what to order. Been back again since that visit. Really good sub sandwich. My wife is gluten free and this is another place we can go enjoy our food together.
