I rented a stackable washer and dryer unit and what they brought me didn't work. It took weeks and several people coming out to my apartment to get the machine to work. Then because of all of the inconvienence they said they would wave (obviously they should) the rental fee and would call to get the payments set up on my next pay period. When they did call there was magically 50 in late fees, there shouldn't be late fees, we hand't set up the payments. They demanded the late fees and there shouldn't have been. They would not accept my payment of 80 which would have been my bi weekly rental amount. Now they are calling back a week later and now want 179 payment and 100 of that is 'late' fees, which shouldn't be happening. It is their fault and they will not accept the weekly payment and are demanding late fees when there shouldn't be any. It is ridiculous and I would never use rent a center again, they are a rip off, rude, and just horrible all of the way around. Mesa location. Don't shop there unless you want to be lied to and ripped off.

Horrible!!! one word summary.Hedi horrible store manager unprofessional and should not be in that role her customer service is horrible and she thinks she owns rent a center. Not recommend anybody to do business at this rent a center in surprise,az reems roads only to be treated like a criminal by the way she refuses people payment when they are struggling and threathens not to have there business...with everything going on today you hedi should be more professional and role model so you can better represent rent a center...change the way you view any race or greed will give you more customer in your slow store see why your sales are down...you should step down and learn your role as a store manager. Managers and staff are so polite. So sweet and accommodating. They will go out of their way. And create bundles and deals for you to meet people where they are. Very much worth a visit from everyone
